Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy also applies to any packages marked as “return to sender.”
All sales are final. However, if your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue (at our discretion). Please contact us at cheapcartscanada@proton.me to discuss a potential replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Once your order has been accepted, processed, and/or shipped, our policy only permits replacements—not refunds. If your order is confirmed to be missing an item upon delivery, we will ship the missing product separately at no additional cost to you.
